Asia Property Awards Celebrate Middle East Real Estate

The 2025 PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards celebrated real estate excellence from Sri Lanka and the Middle East at an International Luncheon in Bangkok. Chedi Hospitality was recognized for its luxury developments in the Middle East, winning Best Branded Residential Development (UAE) for The Chedi Private Residences in Dubai. Home Lands Group of Companies dominated the Sri Lankan awards, securing Best Developer and Best Lifestyle Developer titles.

Home Lands Group also received accolades for several projects: Pentara Residencies, Santorini Resort Apartments & Residencies, and Bayfonte Marina Resort Apartments & Villas. Other Sri Lankan winners included Groundworth (Pvt) Ltd and Urbanspace Interiors Pvt Ltd. The judging panels for both regions comprised industry experts.

Winners from Sri Lanka and the Middle East competed for the Best in Asia titles at the Grand Final. Home Lands Group of Companies was named Best Lifestyle Developer (Asia), while Urbanspace Interiors Pvt Ltd. won Best Condo Interior Design (Asia) for the Pentara Model Apartment. The Chedi Private Residences also secured the Best Branded Residential Development (Asia) title.

The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards Grand Final recognizes top winners from across the Asia-Pacific region. The 2025 awards were supported by PropertyGuru, Property Report, and HLB.
