Digital Real Estate Portal Launches in Region

Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC) has launched the Digital Buy & Sell Journey, a fully online platform for property transactions, making Abu Dhabi the first city in the region to offer such a service. This platform allows users to complete all steps of a property sale or purchase digitally, including mortgage release, registration, verification, digital signing, and escrow settlements. The system integrates with the TAMM platform and uses the UAE Pass for secure digital signatures, enabling transactions from anywhere in the world.

The platform features video-enabled ADREC Trustee participation and escrow accounts managed by ADREC, ensuring legal enforceability, financial security, and regulatory oversight. This initiative streamlines the entire process, offering a user-friendly experience with options for virtual or in-person meetings through TAMM. The goal is to provide faster, more cost-effective transactions and a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Engineer Rashed Al Omaira, Acting Director General of ADREC, highlights the platform as a strategic move in Abu Dhabi's digital transformation. It aligns with the emirate's vision of becoming an AI-enabled government by 2027, demonstrating its commitment to integrating cutting-edge technology into everyday services. This innovation aims to strengthen the real estate market by enhancing efficiency, security, and transparency.
