Khabib Nurmagomedov, UFC legend, has entered the UAE's real estate market through a long-term partnership with DIA Holding. This marks his first major property venture in the region. The collaboration kicks off with the $70 million LuzOra Residences on Dubai Islands, a premium development blending hotel and residential concepts.

LuzOra Residences offers a unique lifestyle, appealing to both investors and end-users. The project is structured with 70% of units allocated for investors and 30% for end-users, reflecting the demand for high-yield, lifestyle-focused real estate in Dubai. This hybrid approach provides the flexibility of homeownership with the convenience of hotel services.

DIA Holding's Founder, Faruh Kurbanov, emphasized the partnership's foundation in shared values of discipline and performance, mirroring Nurmagomedov's successful career. Nurmagomedov sees this venture as part of his long-term business vision, focusing on creating community-focused living spaces.
