New Home Sales Begin on Island

RAK Properties has launched sales for Anantara Mina Residences, a luxurious waterfront development on Hayat Island, Ras Al Khaimah. The project features 84 branded apartments and 19 villas, offering a blend of private homeownership with five-star resort services. Situated near the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort, residents will enjoy direct beach access.

The residences include suites, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom sky villas across 12 floors. Villas offer three to five-bedroom layouts across three levels and include private jetties. Residents will have access to amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, yoga studio, cinema, conference facilities, a children’s play area, and an on-site restaurant. Anantara, the hospitality brand by Minor Hotels, will provide additional services like in-home dining, concierge, and valet.

This launch aligns with RAK Properties' broader Mina masterplan, aiming to create a premier luxury destination. Buyers can choose to use the residences as primary homes, lease them independently, or participate in Anantara’s managed rental pool. The development follows the 2024 opening of the Anantara Mina Resort & Spa, expanding the partnership with Minor Hotels.

The Anantara Mina Residences contributes to Ras Al Khaimah's strategy to enhance luxury real estate and tourism. The emirate is experiencing strong demand for waterfront living and branded hospitality, with over 7,500 hotel rooms currently under development.
