UAE Property Market Gears Up for Busy Season with New Developments

UAE developers are launching new projects ahead of the busy season. Nakheel is releasing 5- and 6-bedroom villas on Palm Jebel Ali, starting at Dh28 million. Aldar has launched Fahid Island Beach Terraces in Abu Dhabi, with prices from Dh3.6 million, following strong initial sales.
Wasl Group's South Garden project in Jebel Ali saw immediate demand for its second phase, buildings D and E. Studios started at Dh630,000, with 2-bedroom units at Dh1.42 million and 3-bedroom units at Dh2.44 million.
Arada's Masaar 3 in Sharjah, a "forested" residential community, is also launching new units. 2-bedroom townhouses start at Dh1.79 million, 3-bedroom townhouses at Dh2.29 million, and 5-bedroom versions from Dh5.59 million.
