Mansory, the German luxury car customizer, is entering the global real estate market through a partnership with UAE-based developer Amaal, with its debut project slated for Dubai. This venture signifies Mansory's first foray into property development, capitalizing on Dubai's anticipated position as the world's leading luxury residential market by 2025, fueled by strong international demand.
The collaboration aims to translate Mansory's renowned design expertise from automotive customization to high-end residential projects. Known for bespoke conversions of luxury brands like Rolls-Royce, Lamborghini, and Ferrari, Mansory will bring its design philosophy to architectural and interior spaces in partnership with Amaal.
While specific project details remain undisclosed, both companies have promised further announcements soon. The partnership is seen as a strategic brand evolution, aligning with Dubai's status as a global innovation hub, according to Mansory's Founder and CEO, Kourosh Mansory.
