The plot spans nearly 40,000 square feet, reflecting the high value placed on properties within this upscale development. La Mer has experienced significant price appreciation during the current Dubai property boom, with recent apartment and villa sales reaching record highs.

The La Mer development has seen substantial price growth, similar to Jumeira Bay Island. The most expensive land deal at La Mer previously reached Dh80 million for a waterfront plot. However, a smaller, non-waterfront plot recently sold for Dh31 million, establishing a new high price per square foot.

La Mer South is emerging as a highly desirable location for those seeking to build beachfront properties. Current listings include plots priced at Dh29 million and Dh30 million, while villas are listed from Dh50 million to Dh95 million. This reflects the area's exclusivity and appeal to luxury buyers.
