Manchester City has partnered with Ohana Development to create the world's first club-branded residential project, "Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana," in Abu Dhabi. Located on the Yas Canal waterfront, the project will span 1.67 million square meters and marks the club's entry into branded real estate in the region. While pricing and launch dates remain undisclosed, the development will integrate Manchester City's identity throughout, from design to lifestyle experiences.
This venture signifies a major step for Manchester City, leveraging its global appeal and strong presence in Abu Dhabi. The club has established a significant footprint beyond football, with initiatives like City Football Schools programs, the Manchester City Abu Dhabi Cup, and the Healthy Lifestyles Programme, which engages thousands of children annually.
The new residential project aims to build on this established connection with the emirate. Ohana Development's CEO, Husein Salem, emphasized the partnership's commitment to Abu Dhabi, aiming to create a future-ready residential community aligned with the emirate's lifestyle and real estate goals.
