Major Development Announced at Dubai Maritime City

BEYOND Developments has unveiled Soulever by BEYOND, a Dh2.6-billion project in Dubai Maritime City (DMC). Designed by SAOTA with interiors by ARRCC, Soulever comprises two sculptural towers, marking BEYOND's seventh launch within a year. This project reinforces the strong demand for BEYOND's design-focused communities and waterfront living experiences.

Soulever is the sixth waterfront project within BEYOND’s eight-million-sq-ft masterplan at DMC, joining Saria, Orise, Sensia, The Mural, and Talea. This masterplan aims to integrate The Forest and The Bay districts, enhancing DMC's status as a premier global destination. The project offers 513 residences, including one-bedroom apartments, two- and three-bedroom units with panoramic views, and signature duplexes with private pools. Penthouses with expansive outdoor spaces and bespoke interiors complete the offering.

The towers are designed to maximize views and feature brass and glass facades. Residents will enjoy resort-inspired amenities, including pools, spa facilities, a waterfront gym, library spaces, and family areas. Soulever is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2028. The launch coincides with Dubai's continued growth as a global investment and living destination, driven by strong foreign investment and infrastructure projects.
