Mall Opens in Dubai South: Lagoon, Open-Air Features

Dubai South Properties has announced the launch of South Bay Mall, a new retail and lifestyle hub within the Dubai South Residential District. Construction is slated to begin soon, with further details regarding the opening date and tenants to be released later. The mall aims to enhance community living by providing a central space for shopping, dining, and leisure activities.

Spanning three levels and covering approximately 200,000 square feet, South Bay Mall will feature open-air walkways and rooftop terraces overlooking a lagoon, designed to create a relaxed and scenic environment. The mall will house 60 retail outlets, two anchor stores, and a premium food hall. Additional amenities will include a gym, spa, clinic, clubhouse, and parking for over 400 vehicles, catering to the needs of the growing community.

The development is part of the larger South Bay project, which includes villas, townhouses, waterfront mansions, and a lagoon. This integrated approach aims to foster a vibrant, people-centered community focused on wellbeing and connectivity.
