Branded Residences Boom in Dubai Dubai has emerged as a global hub for branded residences, with the sector growing 160% in the past decade. The number of these luxury real estate projects is expected to nearly double globally by 2030, and Dubai leads the way with a diverse array of designer residences.
One such development is the Bulgari Lighthouse, which offers fully furnished apartments adjacent to the Bulgari resort. The Armani Beach Residences on Palm Jumeirah combine Armani's subdued luxury aesthetic with the minimalist designs of architect Tadao Ando. The Palazzo Versace Dubai, opened in 2016, features 169 two- to four-bedroom residences that channel the brand's signature baroque style.
Other notable projects include the Aeternitas Tower, set to become the world's tallest residential clock tower at 450 meters, and the Four Seasons Residences Dubai, a standalone residence that offers complete privacy for its residents. The Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai will prioritize wellness with a 5,574-square-meter wellness club, while the Cavalli Tower in Dubai Marina features a glass-walled, 58th-floor sky pool. The St. Regis Residences in Downtown Dubai and on Financial Center Road bring the brand's signature Art Deco, New York style to the Emirates.
