While the UAE's satisfaction rate surpasses that of France and Japan, it lags behind the UK, India, and the United States. The report emphasizes the importance of bridging the gap between employee needs for flexibility, creativity, and connection and the current workspace offerings. This is crucial for attracting talent, fostering innovation, and designing workplaces that support the future of work in the Emirates.

The survey also indicates a shift away from traditional "business hub" environments. Only 15% of UAE staff prefer such settings, with a preference for "creative labs" or "nature retreats" that offer flexible, tranquil, and purpose-driven environments. This trend reflects a global move away from rigid corporate settings, with the UAE ranking among the top five countries where employees favor imaginative and wellness-focused spaces.
