Beachfront Development Master Plan Unveiled

BEYOND Developments has launched EVERMORE, its first master-planned destination on Marjan Beach in Ras Al Khaimah, marking its expansion beyond Dubai. The project, a key part of BEYOND’s 2026 growth strategy, envisions a long-term cultural and residential district inspired by French classical elegance, reinterpreted through contemporary architecture, nature integration, and lifestyle-focused design. EVERMORE spans over 7 million square feet with a projected gross development value exceeding Dh25 billion.

The master plan, located on a prime beachfront plot opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island, will feature 250,000 sq metres of landscaped open spaces, including a central botanical garden. Designed as a fully pedestrian-friendly environment, EVERMORE will incorporate shaded walkways and green connections to a 3.5km accessible beachfront, promoting walkability and well-being. The development will integrate residential, hospitality, and retail components, including 1 million sq ft of hospitality and branded residential offerings, alongside a festival plaza, botanical souqs, an F&B village, and a continuous beachfront promenade.

EVERMORE's architecture draws inspiration from French classical design, reinterpreting proportion and symmetry through a modern lens. Buildings are designed to maximize sea and landscape views, integrating seamlessly with the terrain. This approach enhances daylight, privacy, and visual openness, while wind-flow strategies, shaded pathways, and dense greenery ensure year-round comfort and connectivity.

This project is a significant milestone for both BEYOND Developments and Ras Al Khaimah, contributing to the emirate's urban, tourism, and economic growth. EVERMORE is designed to be a lasting legacy, aligning with Ras Al Khaimah Vision 2030 and shaping the emirate's future.
