Building Compliance Initiative Expansion

Ajman has launched the second phase of its Building Compliance Package, a key initiative under Ajman Vision 2030, to boost building safety and sustainability. The Department of Municipality and Planning urges building owners, real estate firms, and property managers to comply and obtain the package, emphasizing its role in a safe and sustainable environment.

The program focuses on enforcing safety and sustainability standards through collaboration between government bodies and the real estate sector. It aims to maintain building aesthetics while strengthening preventive measures, such as early warning systems, fire protection maintenance, and efficient surveillance.

This initiative, a collaborative effort with Ajman Police, Ajman Civil Defence, and Ajman Municipality, reflects an integrated approach to enhancing safety, security, and regulatory compliance. It contributes to creating a vibrant, sustainable urban environment and improving living standards for all residents.
