Construction Contract Awarded for Dubai Residential Project

HOLM Developments has selected Aroma International Building Contracting as the main contractor for LINEA by HOLM, a residential project in Jumeirah Garden City. This marks a significant step for the project, which was fully sold out before its public launch. Construction commenced earlier this quarter, with completion and handover expected in the first quarter of 2028.

Aroma International, recognized for its work on major projects across the UAE, including developments for Emaar, will contribute to the project's timely delivery and high-quality construction. LINEA by HOLM, situated in Jumeirah Garden City, will offer residents a range of amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool, a padel court, a gym, landscaped outdoor spaces, and children's play areas. HOLM Developments is now focused on executing the project according to its original vision.
