Dubai Holding Real Estate has awarded Metac General Contracting contracts for phases one and two of La Tilia, a new residential cluster within the established Villanova community in Dubailand. Villanova has already delivered 3,834 homes and is a popular choice for mid-market and upper-mid-market buyers. The developer cited strong demand in Dubai's residential market as the driving force behind the expansion.
La Tilia's first phase will include 410 homes, with phase two adding 440 more units. The homes will feature Villanova's signature Mediterranean-inspired architecture, complete with landscaped streets, parks, walking and cycling paths, and integrated retail and community amenities. Metac General Contracting aims for timely delivery and high-quality construction.
Villanova's location in Dubailand, with easy access to major roads and proximity to schools, retail, and leisure facilities, has made it a preferred choice for end-users. The Dubai property market is experiencing robust growth, with Dh252 billion in real estate transactions recorded, a 31% year-on-year increase. Investment activity remains strong across various segments, including luxury properties and foreign investments.
