Dubai's Prestigious South Bay Project Moves Forward with $408 Million Contract

Al Kharafi Construction Company has been awarded a lucrative contract worth AED 1.50 billion by Dubai South Properties to construct the third, fourth, and fifth stages of the prestigious South Bay project. This substantial investment underscores Dubai's commitment to delivering exceptional living experiences and solidifying its position as a global destination for luxury real estate.

According to the press release, the company has already commenced work on the fourth phase of the project, which is slated for completion in the first quarter (Q1) of 2027. This phase will feature 138 exclusive units, including five seven-bedroom mansions and a limited number of three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas, catering to the discerning tastes of high-net-worth individuals and families seeking a lifestyle of unparalleled opulence.
