This investment positions Modon at the heart of a luxury, mixed-use project in Wellington, Florida, a prominent equestrian destination. The project aims to enhance the Wellington International showgrounds and create a premier destination focused on sports, hospitality, and high-end residential living.

The planned development encompasses premium residences, a boutique hotel, a commercial marketplace, and a championship golf course, solidifying Wellington's status in the equestrian world. This expansion allows Modon to deliver sustainable destinations that emphasize quality, innovation, and cultural connection. The investment provides access to a broader portfolio of lifestyle and sports assets managed by Wellington Lifestyle Partners, including the Wellington International showgrounds, The Wanderers Club, and The Wellington, a private residential community.

Furthermore, the agreement includes a strategic license allowing Modon to utilize the Wellington International brand and intellectual property in select international markets.
