Real Estate, Development Company, and Hospitality Group Partner for New Resorts in Saudi Arabia

Midad Real Estate Company has partnered with Jeddah Central Development Company (JCDC) and Kerzner International to bring Atlantis and One&Only destinations to Saudi Arabia. This agreement, signed at the TOURISE Global Summit, will see the development of these luxury resorts within the Jeddah Central waterfront district. This project aims to transform the Red Sea coast into a premier tourism and entertainment hub.

Midad Real Estate will lead the development of Atlantis Jeddah and One&Only Jeddah. Atlantis Jeddah will feature branded residences, an Aquaventure Waterpark, the Lost Chambers Aquarium, dining venues, retail outlets, and a waterfront entertainment pier. One&Only Jeddah will offer rooms, suites, villas, and the brand's first Private Homes community in Saudi Arabia, along with dining options, a wellness center, beach access, and event spaces. Both resorts will incorporate sustainable practices and reflect Jeddah's heritage through architecture and landscaping.

This partnership marks Kerzner International's debut in Saudi Arabia and strengthens Midad Real Estate's luxury portfolio. The project supports Saudi Vision 2030 by boosting tourism, investment, and job creation, positioning Jeddah Central as a global destination. The collaboration underscores Jeddah's emergence as a dynamic coastal destination, aiming to redefine regional tourism and hospitality standards.
