BNW Developments and Enlightened Minds Investments have joined forces as co-general partners to launch the BNW Real Estate Fund, targeting premium real estate development in the UAE. The fund launched with $27 million in capital commitments and was formalized during a signing ceremony attended by investors and industry stakeholders.
The BNW Real Estate Fund will focus on three key investment areas: acquiring land in high-growth locations, providing last-mile and completion financing for promising projects, and developing branded, purpose-built real estate assets. This strategy aims to deliver an 18% annual return, including an 8% annual distribution, with the remainder upon exit.
Leadership from both companies emphasized their shared goal of driving impactful growth and setting new standards for investor-focused development. The partnership combines BNW Developments' project expertise with Enlightened Minds Investments' capital-raising capabilities. The fund is designed to accelerate projects and contribute to the region's expanding development landscape.
The BNW Real Estate Fund is now open for strategic investor engagement, with the initial allocations planned for deployment in the coming months. The fund seeks to blend the stability of regular returns with the growth potential of equity participation in the UAE's real estate market.
