The merger between Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding aims to accelerate the RAK Vision 2030, which targets 3.5 million annual visitors and nearly 20,000 hotel keys.

The influx of global luxury and hospitality brands is significantly impacting property valuations, with prices rising by 10% to 15% year-to-date. Branded residences are expected to comprise 25% of the upcoming freehold supply by 2030, with approximately 4,800 units planned. Current demand is concentrated in established hubs like Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra Village, with off-plan properties accounting for a massive 95% of transactions.
