Waterfront Project Launches on Dubai Islands

Floarea Breeze, a new residential project by Mashriq Elite Developments, is set to be built on Dubai Island. The G+P+6+R development will span 26,975 sq.ft and will feature a variety of units, including 12 one-bedroom apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, 12 three-bedroom apartments, and four townhouses. Prices for the coastal apartments will start from Dh1,799,000 for a one-bedroom unit. The project is anticipated to be completed in Q3 2027.

The development offers diverse living spaces, with townhouses ranging from 1,847.73 to 1,895.20 sq.ft and one-bedroom apartments from 878.01 to 1,049.05 sq.ft. Two-bedroom units, including a study and maid's room, will range from 1,316.32 to 1,711.14 sq.ft, while three-bedroom apartments will be between 1,474.33 to 1,697.58 sq.ft. Residents will enjoy a lifestyle away from the city's hustle, with excellent connectivity to the mainland.

Floarea Breeze will feature a grand lobby and designer corridors, blending contemporary design with timeless charm. Mashriq Elite Developments has a strong track record of delivering projects on time, with Floarea Breeze being its sixth residential project in Dubai.
