Damac Properties has announced a global partnership with Chelsea Football Club, bringing the renowned brand into Dubai's residential market. The collaboration will introduce "Chelsea Residences by Damac" in Dubai Maritime City, featuring over 1,400 units. This project is poised to be a significant launch within Maritime City, a rapidly growing hub for developers and investors.

Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of Sales and Development at Damac Properties, highlighted that this launch celebrates Chelsea FC's legacy and pursuit of excellence, setting a new standard for luxury living. The initiative aims to provide an exceptional experience for residents.

As part of the partnership, Damac Properties will be featured on Chelsea FC's men's and women's team shirts for the remainder of the 2024-25 season. The debut of the Damac branding on the shirts took place during the men’s UEFA Conference League semi-final against Djurgården. This collaboration signifies a major step for both entities, merging sports and real estate in a unique way.
