Highest-Priced Penthouse Sold in Oman

The Arc at The Sustainable City – Yiti in Oman has set a new record for the most expensive penthouse sale in the country, fetching over OR2 million (approximately Dh19 million). This transaction is part of a strong initial demand, pushing total Phase 1 sales beyond OR10 million shortly after the project's launch.

The penthouses boast private entrance lobbies and offer panoramic views of the sea, mountains, and marina. They feature bespoke interiors with designer fittings and premium materials. Each residence includes an outdoor terrace with a private pool and dedicated gated parking, marking a first for luxury living in Oman's residential market.

The Sustainable City – Yiti, spanning nearly 1 million square meters, is designed to achieve net-zero emissions by 2040. The development aims for 100% water recycling, 100% waste diversion from landfills, and 80% self-sufficiency in food production.
