Luxury residences at the Bulgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay island in Dubai continue to command top dollar. The final two penthouses at the development recently sold for a combined Dh282 million. One 5-bedroom residence, covering 11,657 square feet, fetched Dh146.6 million, while the other sold for Dh136.25 million.

Designed by Antonio Citterio and Patricia Viel, the Bulgari Lighthouse features a unique 'coral-inspired façade' offering both privacy and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Downtown Dubai. Each residence boasts private infinity pools on its terraces, and interiors are adorned with Italian marble, warm oak, and hand-laid silk panelling.

The transactions were facilitated by Driven | Forbes Global Properties. According to Lina Allaoa, the development offers international clients a secure investment opportunity with an unparalleled lifestyle. Kianoush Darban added that with fewer than 40 residences and resort-like amenities, the Lighthouse is considered one of Dubai's most desirable addresses.
