This platform, developed by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), aims to provide verified listings and real-time updates, ensuring all transactions are based on reliable information. A key goal is to eliminate misleading marketing practices prevalent in the emirate's property sector.

Madhmoun seeks to consolidate property listings, increasing visibility for sellers by an estimated 70%. The platform promises to maintain the most current information on available properties, reducing fragmentation within the market. This unified approach is intended to be a one-stop solution for all real estate practitioners, transforming how transactions are conducted in Abu Dhabi.

Real estate brokers are also expected to benefit, with ADREC anticipating a 35% increase in broker productivity. The platform aims to cut transaction times by 40%, thereby improving customer experience and attracting international investment.
