Stadium-Integrated Residential Towers Design Revealed

Damac Properties has unveiled Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, a new residential project in Dubai Maritime City, in partnership with Chelsea F.C. The development will feature six towers, each reaching 130 meters, and house over 1,400 residential units. Situated on a prime waterfront plot, the residences will offer stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline.

The project marks the first branded residential collaboration between Damac and Chelsea F.C. in the region. Residents will enjoy Chelsea-branded amenities, including a rooftop football pitch, fitness and wellness facilities, and a private cinema. Additional features include an infinity pool, cryotherapy center, yoga studio, and various recreational areas.

The apartments are designed with biophilic principles, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and interiors inspired by both London and Dubai. Units will be available in one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations, with starting prices from Dh2.17 million. The development also incorporates sustainability features like water filtration systems and wellness-focused common areas.

Chelsea Residences aims to be a premium addition to Dubai Maritime City's transformation into a mixed-use waterfront hub. While the project has been launched, a completion date has not yet been announced.
