UAE Nationals to Receive Quota in Dubai Property Launches

Dubai Land Department has partnered with nine major developers, including Emaar, Expo Dubai, Deyaar, Damac, Azizi, MAG, Sobha Realty, Ellington Properties, and Al Bait Al Duwaily Real Estate Development, to allocate 10-15% of units in their projects to be sold by Emirati brokers. This initiative aims to increase the participation of UAE Nationals in the local real estate market, providing them with guidance, professional training, and support to establish their own businesses. The agreement also involves collaboration on joint projects to advance the real estate sector and foster a culture of innovation and sustainability. The UAE authorities are fast-tracking job creation and upskilling opportunities for qualified Emiratis, with the private sector expected to play a significant role in meeting the set targets.
