Key findings reveal that indoor air quality and purified water are extremely important for over 90% of respondents. Natural light and fresh air are also highly valued. The concept of luxury is evolving, with many preferring homes featuring nature-inspired designs, such as indoor plants and views of greenery. Wellness amenities, including spas, meditation rooms, and fitness spaces, are also influencing purchase decisions.

This shift towards "longevity real estate" reflects a growing focus on sustainability and self-care. The majority of respondents are familiar with the concept and would consider spending more on homes that actively support physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Developers are responding to this demand by focusing on projects that prioritize sustainability, cleaner environments, and energy-efficient systems.

As UAE residents increasingly prioritize intention over indulgence, the real estate market is adapting.
