AI Academy for Real Estate Professionals Launched in UAE

ThinkProp Venture, a real estate training institute based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, has launched the ThinkProp AI Academy, a pioneering initiative in the UAE. This academy aims to equip real estate and business professionals with tangible, AI-driven skills. Unlike traditional training platforms, the academy integrates AI throughout the learning process, from guidance and simulation to assessment and performance measurement, ensuring learners are prepared for real-world application.

The academy offers specialized courses tailored to the UAE market, covering real estate, sales, project management, marketing, and business operations. Through a partnership with AI CERTs®, the program provides globally recognized certifications while remaining relevant to local industry needs. The initiative supports internal teams, external clients, and industry partners, creating a scalable framework to boost productivity, reduce operational inefficiencies, and accelerate decision-making.

ThinkProp AI Academy plans to train over 100 professionals in its initial phase, with plans to double course offerings by year-end. Expansion across the GCC, the wider Middle East, and Chinese markets is also planned. Jasem Alhosani, Operations Lead at ThinkProp, emphasizes the shift from knowledge-based training to performance-driven enablement, focusing on real-world readiness and impact.

Moath Maqbol, General Manager of ADRES, highlights the academy's commitment to innovation and industry advancement, equipping professionals with the necessary tools for success in a competitive digital landscape. The academy is certified by the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) in Abu Dhabi, and the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
