Luxury Villas in Ras Al Khaimah: First Look

Ras Al Khaimah is set to unveil the world's first Armani-branded villas through a collaboration between Giorgio Armani and RAK Properties. Located on Raha Island, Mina, the "Armani Beach Residences Ras Al Khaimah" will feature exclusive villas and luxury apartments designed by Giorgio Armani and his team, reflecting the brand's signature aesthetic of sophisticated simplicity. The project, also involving the SIE Group, promises private beach access and stunning Arabian Gulf views, setting a new standard for ultra-luxury living.

This development coincides with the 25th anniversary of Armani/Casa and the 50th anniversary of the Giorgio Armani brand. Residents will enjoy bespoke luxury amenities, including an exclusive beach club, special events, private experiences, and concierge services. Giorgio Armani emphasized the integration of Haute Couture principles, using precious materials and tailored creations in the residential spaces, designed to harmonize with the marine landscape.

RAK Properties' CEO, Sameh Muhtadi, highlights this partnership as a testament to Ras Al Khaimah's growing appeal, aiming to elevate living standards and create an unparalleled lifestyle within Mina. This project expands the Armani brand's residential presence in the UAE, following existing residences in Burj Khalifa and Palm Jumeirah.

Ras Al Khaimah is experiencing a surge in tourism, with over 654,000 visitor arrivals in the first half of the year, a 6% year-on-year growth, and a 9% increase in tourism revenues. The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA) is focused on strategic partnerships and aims to welcome over 3.5 million visitors annually by 2030.
