DMCC is expanding Uptown Dubai with two new office towers to meet the growing demand for integrated business ecosystems. According to Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Executive Chairman and CEO of DMCC, businesses prioritize locations offering connectivity, flexibility, and access to capital and markets. The towers, designed by Brewer Smith Brewer Group, will provide over 1 million square feet of commercial space, catering to trade, finance, and technology sectors.
The towers will feature 21 and 15 stories, offering office spaces from 2,100 to 17,600 square feet, with multi-level layouts for larger tenants. They will also include 82,000 square feet of retail space, enhancing Uptown Dubai's mixed-use environment. Amenities will include dining options, retail outlets, a swimming pool, over 1,600 parking spaces, valet services, and a Dubai Metro shuttle.
The expansion aligns with DMCC's development of new business ecosystems like FinX and the Wealth Hub, targeting financial institutions, fintech firms, and digital asset companies. The buildings will incorporate sustainable features, targeting LEED Gold certification with energy- and water-efficient systems. DMCC is currently accepting expressions of interest, reflecting confidence in Dubai's commercial real estate market.
