HRE Development has commenced construction on Sakura Gardens, a resort-style residential community in Dubai's Wadi Al Safa 2, Falcon City of Wonders. The groundbreaking ceremony marks a significant step for both the developer and the rapidly growing residential area, with completion slated for the fourth quarter of 2028.
Inspired by the Japanese cherry blossom, Sakura Gardens will be a nature-focused sanctuary spanning 49,000 square meters. The development will feature 1,429 fully furnished residences within a low-rise, G+9 structure, centered around a 30,000-square-meter car-free central park. Approximately half of the project's area will be dedicated to green spaces.
Sakura Gardens will offer over 50 amenities, including a lagoon pool, rooftop gym, wellness pavilions, sports courts, running trails, themed children's areas, and floating coffee kiosks. Smart home automation and EV charging infrastructure highlight HRE's commitment to sustainable design. The project is strategically located in Wadi Al Safa 2, an area experiencing significant growth and benefiting from its connectivity to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road.
