HQ by Rove, the Middle East's first hospitality-branded office space, is set to open in Business Bay, Dubai, in Q1 2029. Developed by Rove Hotels in partnership with IRTH Group, the project responds to the growing demand for high-quality office spaces in Dubai, especially for startups and SMEs. The concept stems from observing co-working trends within Rove hotels and the success of Rove-branded residences, which saw strong sales. The project offers fully furnished modular offices starting from 50 square meters, designed to integrate work and life with amenities typically found in luxury hotels.

HQ by Rove aims to address the evolving needs of the modern workplace, offering a curated selection of on-site amenities to minimize the need to travel elsewhere for fitness, dining, or relaxation. The 120,000-square-foot facility will include an indoor lap pool, jacuzzi, state-of-the-art gym, CRANK spinning studio, padel and basketball courts, and a spa. Unique features include a coffee-serving lift and landscaped gardens with floating treehouse cabins for meetings. An on-site amphitheater will host events, and The Block food hall will provide diverse dining options with co-working zones.
