Property Show in UAE for Indian Buyers

The UAE-India Property Show, organized by Gulf News in collaboration with Maxpo Exhibitions, is set to take place on May 17-18 at the Millennium Plaza Downtown Hotel Dubai. This event will bring together top property developers, investors, brokers, and homebuyers from the UAE and India to explore the thriving real estate markets of both regions. The show highlights key investment opportunities in cities like Dubai, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, reflecting the strong economic ties between the two countries.

Dubai's prime real estate market saw a significant increase in 2024, with a large portion of demand coming from foreign investors, including a substantial number of Indians. India's real estate market is also experiencing growth, driven by regulatory reforms like RERA, which have boosted market transparency and investor confidence. The depreciation of the Indian rupee and India's economic resilience further enhance its appeal for property investments.

A notable trend in India is the rapid growth of the luxury market, fueled by high-net-worth individuals, NRI investors, and domestic buyers. This sector is outperforming expectations, with residential sales in major Indian cities projected to exceed INR 5.1 trillion in 2024. Primary residential sales in Q1 2025 reached 88,274 units, with cities like Pune and Chennai showing significant year-on-year growth. Mumbai, the largest residential market, also saw its highest quarterly sales volume since Q1 2018.

The UAE-India Property Show will feature 40 exhibitors from India, showcasing developments from major cities.
